More than 14 years of diversified structure finance experience coupled with an extensive background in the legal, banking, and corporate treasury and capital structure management sectors allows Kirk to innovate solutions and bridge communication gaps that can exist among various transaction participants (accounting, finance, legal, IT, rating agencies, banks, etc.)

Prior to HRS, Kirk executed all of Hertz’s capital market transactions as the Vice President & Assistant Treasurer Capital Markets from 2009 to 2017 where he managed a $20+ billion structure finance dependent balance sheet. He architected Hertz’s modernized rental car and fleet lease securitization platforms, overseeing $10+ billion of liquidity lines across 12 countries and roughly 20 relationship banks.
Before that, Kirk spent two years with Merrill Lynch / Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Associate in their Global Asset Based Finance division, evaluating companies for development of novel securitization asset classes and executing various warehouse transactions across a number of asset classes (autos, rental car, fleet leasing, student loans.) Kirk also spent three years as a Corporate Associate for Paul, Weiss, Rifkin, Wharton & Garrison LLP where he was heavily involved in various whole-business securitization transactions for clients including Dunkin’, Sonic Restaurants, Domino’s and U-Haul.
As a founding partner at HRS, Kris supports HRS’s customers by applying analytical and data mining techniques to their business. She brings passion with data mining and statistical modeling tools like SAS for predictive modeling, response analysis and clustering. Using SQL, she has worked with large relational databases, transactional and demographic datasets, plus consumer research/survey data to provide comprehensive, longitudinal analytics for customer relationship management.

Prior to HRS, Kris worked for Hertz as a Director of Treasury Systems, enabling a best-in-class asset backed securitization reporting platform that facilitated daily reconciliations, audits and analytics for $10+ billion of collateral. Before that, Kris spent nearly a decade as a Data Scientist/Advanced Analytics consultant for Teradata working on projects in the Retail and Travel/Transportation space. Her roles have spanned the Insurance, Banking and Retail industries working with companies including Lowe’s, Home Depot, WalMart, Wachovia and Kroger. Her focus has primarily been on improving and/or optimizing the assortment process, product line reviews, marketing strategies, site selection, baseline customer metrics, market basket analytics and merchandising.
Kris graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Statistics and Mathematics from Rutgers University. She has successfully completed three actuarial exams and is a Teradata Certified Master. In 2020, Kris contributed two case studies for the book "97 Things About Ethics Everyone in Data Science Should Know: Collective Wisdom from the Experts" by Bill Franks.
Josh supports HRS’s customers by applying his business expertise and technical acumen to their business and infrastructure. A founding member of HRS, Josh is a dedicated and detail-oriented resource who can interpret business needs and goals into action plans for IT, various areas of the business and external vendors. Josh can dissect the structured finance contracts and can accurately determine the technical and business requirements to comply with contractual reporting.

Prior to HRS, Josh spent five years at Hertz, most recently as the Director of Treasury Systems where he supported the design and development for a robust asset-backed security financing reporting platform that manages reporting for $10+ billion of collateral. He helped build and lead a team that enabled the transition of combining domestic and international securitization accounting/reporting entities into one unified system supporting Treasury, Legal, Fleet Operations, Accounting and Tax, while simultaneously working towards his MBA which he completed in two years. Before Hertz, Josh worked for Teradata as a Database Consultant where he developed CRMs and other modules integrated into enterprise data warehouses.
Josh graduated from Miami University with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Services and an MBA with a focus on finance. He is well versed in database modeling, database performance tuning, various programming languages, ETL design, SOX compliance guidelines, and system architectures. Utilizing these skills with his business and structure finance experience, Josh is able to effectively utilize customers’ existing systems to architect a design requiring minimal impacts on current business activities, proving himself to be a tremendous asset for HRS customers.
